Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
✅ Be unused and in original condition
✅ Be returned in original packaging
✅ Include all accessories and components
✅ Be requested within 14 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

• Beauty products once opened
• Intimate or sanitary items
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Customized or personalized products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

📦 Photos of packaging (if applicable)
🧾 Order number
Once reviewed, we’ll work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Return Process
To begin a return request:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return instructions before sending any package
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was received
• The product was defective
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours after being placed.
After processing begins, we may not be able to cancel the order.
Delayed or Lost Packages
